Years of experience
Hi!
I’m Saif Siddiqui, a UX/UI designer specializing in enterprise and public-sector systems. I design intuitive, accessible experiences for complex workflows — from government service portals to risk and compliance dashboards. My work focuses on simplifying data-heavy interactions, improving accessibility, and crafting high-fidelity interfaces that help users complete mission-critical tasks with confidence.
I thrive in collaborative environments where design, engineering, and product come together to solve real problems. I’ve worked end-to-end across research, flows, prototyping, and QA support — always with a focus on clarity, usability, and technical feasibility.
Whether I’m redesigning a live chat escalation flow for citizens or building scalable UI components for compliance tools, I bring structure, empathy, and precision to every project.
My Process
01
Product Design
I design intuitive, accessible digital experiences across mobile, web, and enterprise platforms. My work focuses on clarity, usability, and WCAG/AODA compliance, supported by strong visual craft and thoughtful interaction design.
02
IVR Flow Design & UAT
Designing clear, user‑friendly IVR call flows and escalation paths on AWS for enterprise support systems. I map logic, streamline decision trees, and run structured UAT to validate real‑world behavior, reduce friction, and ensure operational accuracy across channels.
03
Research & testing
I use journey maps, service blueprints, interviews, and usability testing to uncover insights and validate decisions. My approach helps teams align around user needs and deliver solutions that work in real operational environments.
